Not that I have IG anymore, but you could put 75 IG down on the table with 10 points left for upgrades.
Barebones CCS (5) + Barebones platoon (25)+ Barebones platoon w/ min sized Conscripts (45)

3 X squads of 3 runtherders and 30 gretchin. 1 X squad of 1 runtherder and 10 gretchin
400 exactly. 110 models.

I would assume, though, that you would have to fill out a force org chart. Atleast 1 HQ, 2 Troops...
I am getting really excited about the small point round robin.
I could imagine the scenario as Dawn or War deployment, and a single objective in the center of the board... simulating a scouting party securing some ground before a battle.

Actually, for those who didn't play combat patrol back in 4th the requirements were these: 1 troop No vehicle with more than 33 combined armor (front+side+rear) No monstrous creatures (I think) No model with more than 2 wounds No 2+ saves No Special characters No invulnerable saves No Psykers Otherwise you know somebody (poofy) would take Mephiston and just murder everyone.

Hey now. I'm not denying that I would, but still. That hurts haha. I personally love combat patrol and like using themed lists in it. Unless of course I feel that no one else will do the same haha.

The problem was combat patrol was designed for 3rd edition and wasn't very well balanced in 4th, since less then half the codex were updated. Tbh, I think it would be even more harsh now.

There's the new Killteam in the back of the Battle Mission book. But that's more fun then it is balanced.

No coteaz either brad. He has three wounds and a 2+ save. He's also a psycher. Plus he's a special character.

I would also argue that we allow no vehicles because it's pretty unbalanced that DE can throw 3 ravagers on the table.

Grey knights can't be used in kill team basically I thought about it myself and I really couldnt figure out a way to use anything in Grey Knights for combat control. All grey knights are psykers and inquistors to unlock henchman violates total wounds. Although we could do kill team out of battle missions. 200 points to buy any non hq unit from a book and the unit break apart into individual model units for the game. Like a realy dumbed down necromunda.

As usual, adepticon has thought of (mostly) everything ;D www.adepticon.org/11rules/2011cp.pdfThese rules sound good... you get to field your grey knights, but you can't use their powers. A maximum of two ravagers could be fielded. It also allows people to actually field Daemons. EDIT: The only thing I worry about being OPed under this ruleset are wraiths, and that's probably because Ross just beat the snot out of me with them.
