It looks like I need to be done Fri by about 7, so it may be that Sat's League play will be my only chance...I have to work at 5, so it'd need to be early. Does that work, Chris?

The store opens at 10 and we could start around 11, so it should be easy for you to get out of there whenever you feel like it. So Saturday morning is fine by me.

I was really only going to try and get in two games on saturday anyways, taking it real easy since we are doing it round robin over a month anyways.


....So back to Friday, anyone else for a game around 6-630?

get a new list going i still have a few things in the mail but they shuld be here in a week or so i asked about forgewold last time and you said it depended on the unit so here goes

two mounted burst cannons
two hull mounted missel pods
targeting array included in profile
four seekers or four obliteration missels
burst cannons can be replased by smart missels two fussion blasters or two plasma rifels all are 10 points
upgrades that can be added are
advansed trusters black sun filter decoy launchers disruption pod flechette discharger senser spines and target lock

Which book is that out of?

Literally just this week the second edition of the forge-world tau book was released. So if it's not that one then it might be slightly different as the new book changed it for 6th edition.

I'm tempted to get the book but I'm going to look for reviews first, Eldar are about to drop and I think I want to cut back on my toys this month.

Right now the Barracuda rules are close to this according to last rules update before this newest one, which was imperial Armour aeronatica.

It should be close to that in the new Taros book because it was changed in the last book to be an actual 6th edition book. I'm guessing the only difference will be it will have the option for the new book upgrades, plus the changes they made to the ion cannon and burst cannon.

yea thats the main thing that has kept me ayay from forge some how i just cant justify buying a book for like the one or two units i will use

The thing is I have a lot of the models in that book so its kind of worth it for me to get a copy. But if I'm going to order from forge world I'm going to buy more than just the book so im going to wait and see what's in it and what is worth getting more. When I find out I can pass along info to you.

Are you the same guy who had a tigershark super heavy? And was thinking about selling it.
