The latest change(moving the Release Event) is due to having 32 people at the Dark Ascension Release Event. For a full tourny and more todo for Release Events I want to move the releases to Saturday.

I'd assume a proxy free zone as proxies are not allowed in any other format that is run.

Sorry guys I meant Legacy not Vintage.
Currently no proxies and I will look into Block after the release of Avacyn Restored.

avacyn is stand alone and not part of the block Avacyn is a stand alone only because you will be able to draft it alone like Innistrad. Mony Ashly of Wizards is clear about that. Magic's May 2012 set, code-named "Roll," is called Avacyn Restored. Although it's the third set of the Innistrad block, it will be a large set. This means that Innistrad Block Constructed will be composed of all three sets, but Avacyn Restored will be drafted by itself.
