Warboss Grubbynutz invites one and all to his first Soft Gitz tournament. Realizing that the lot of you are weedy soft Panzees, Robotz, Beakies and Spiky Beakies, it wouldn't be right to call it 'ard boyz.
So here's da deal.
Three Round Tourney using 5th Edition 40k Rules. It will be standard W/L/D tourney with some form of tiebreaker (usually number of objectives achieved).
Missions: I will home-brew three special missions. Don't worry, they won't be of the crazy "follow the exploding objective through a wonderland of man-eating plants" type. If you know the seize ground, capture and control and annihilation rules and have read the rulebook, you will have no problem understanding these missions.
Allowed Lists: 1500 Point Lists with standard force organization chart. Most recent version of all codices. Imperial Armor units will not be allowed except by special dispensation. Please contact me before the event if you want to use IA units. In all circumstances you will be required to have the rules for your chosen army on hand.
Painting: I don't like requiring painted armies, but I do believe two painted armies add to the character of the game. For this tournament there is no painting requirement. However, future tourneys will require players to show painting progress by showing off a unit that they've painted in the time between tourneys. These units will be lined up and judged with the winner receiving some form of prize.
We have space for 10, so RSVP today.
