Hello Generals,
I just want to know if we are doing Tanksgiving this year. I am itching to bring out my tanks for a battle. I say we do it in a city like setting. I have a huge selection of buildings I bought last winter. So we need to figure out who wants to play and set a date.

I too would be interested in doing it although I think that using the format(one infantry plt per force} of tanksgiving that has been used in the past, would be less interesting than a large city battle with a better mixed force
Infantry tends to dominate city fights all those bog checks tend to slow down tanks.

I say we make it tanks only event. Will Under those circumstances you can can count on me as German Temis I would like to keep this Tanksgiving simple. There will be no infantry allowed in the battle. It will be a city landscape. There will be tanks, Artillery, Anti Tank guns, and planes. All forces start at the edge of the table. To get anti tank guns in a good spot. You will need trucks. There will be recon limited to Armour units only. There will be no ambushes. It will be based on a even point value. You build your force and you rush on the table to kill or be killed. We will place three objectives worth 500 points. All other victory points are gained by killing units. If a tiger is worth 215 points if it dies, it will be 215 points to the other side. If a tiger gets to an american SPA unit and kills it, those points go to the Germans. The objectives are worth 1500 points. We can determine how long you must hold a objective and distance from it being contested. Once objective is captured. Then points are awarded to the side that captures the objective. Will |

Guess I need to rev up the engines on my IS-2s and IS-122s. And those T-34s make good bait for big cats.
Guess you could call it our WWII version of the store's Canpocalypse.

Also are we going to play with the new Hens and chicken's? from red bear?(I think we should) and who else is going to play, if anyone? the responce has been kind of underwhelming. I leave it to Will and Steve and any other player who may turn up to determine when we will play. |

I say we start at 5000 points each side. Me and temis will Split our points. All we need now is a date. I will be good for any date. The only problem that will hold me back is Snow.

PS. If Steve wants to play with the new hen and chick rule. Its up to him. We can always add more points to the game for more players. So far we only have three people who want to play.
