I'm new to the store. What are the requirements for minis being painted / assembled?

Fully assembled and on their bases, but fully painted is not required. No proxies, conversions are acceptable as long as the model is What You See is What You Get.

One of my friends is looking to get into warhammer, he's got that sink or swim personality of wanting to get his ass kicked by the best till he can hold his own. He'lll be there for pickups with my sisters if anyone is interrested
