Hello everyone, my name is Tyler Gunn and i am hoping to get back into playing D&D. I played 3.5 for about 2 years, watched a decent amount of others playing, and have also read the majority of the handbook. Honestly everything i have read and heard from others leads me to believe i would not like 4th so i would prefer one of the others but i would be willing to give 4th a chance.

Well, a lot of gamers I've encountered give 4E a negative stigma. However, I'm sure you would enjoy 4E if you get the opportunity to try it. I myself have had a blast with every edition I've tried. I started with AD&D 2nd, moving to 3.0, then 3.5, a bit of Pathfinder and have been steady with 4E. Just like any game, each version has strong & weak points, but all are a ton of fun.

Why don't you leave a poster or flyer at Triple Play as well. I'm guessing a fair number of folks don't actually participate in the forums or at least regularly check them.

i saw your post at tripleplay and im interested in joining your group im really interested in playing pathfinder. I have books for both 3.5 and pathfinder.. i would need the day or days you play and time.. so i can get off from work Wednesday are good for me.. but i can work around any time to play..
