Good questions, Mark. Here are my thoughts:

Two psycannons - okay. You buy psycannons for a squad during army list creation, so at that point you would still have 10 models in the squad.

Combat squads - I would have to say no. Since the decision to combat squad is made when the unit deploys, you would have already had to give the traitor unit over and your squad size would be less than 10. Of course, they never actually SAY when the traitor models are exchanged, but I would assume it would be before the roll for first turn. Otherwise, how could you deploy them?

Perils - the mission states that the model loses all his equipment and special rules, so that would include psyker (or brotherhood of psykers), so he couldn't take the perils.

Does this mean the new sisters are not allowed? As well as any of the variant lists (raven wing, etc)?

Yup. No new sisters. It's pretty standard for them not to allow codices that were released just before the event. It's really a nod to tourney organizers, as they will not have had time to get familiar with the vagaries of the codex's new rules. Sadly for Devin, I fully expect the new sisters to be the official dex for the semifinals.

Ravenwing/deathwing are indeed allowed, as they are simply a type of list allowed within the framework of codex: Dark Angels.

New sisters are not a finished codex, Mark. Part 2 (which has the actual point costs and such) is in next month's White Dwarf.

Ok, not that it actualy effects me, I was just curious what they deemed as "appendix list" etc. But Devon can still use witchhunters just not the new profiles etc. Not looking too be a pain, just want too make sure any and all questions are out of the way before tdo.
