The tournament begins at 12.00 noon, and should be finished no later than around 6pm. If anyone has any questions, please email me at daigotsu13@gmail.com, or contact the store and ask for Sean. We look forward to seeing you there!

As this tournament is less than a month before GenCon, I've been asked if we can run it under the same legality as GC to allow players to get some much needed practice in. So, with that in mind:
Forgotten Legacy, War of Honor and any promotional cards dated 'August 1st' or earlier will ALL be legal for this event.
As players may not have received their Forgotten Legacy sets by this date, we're going to allow good quality proxies of Forgotten Legacy cards ONLY. Proxies should have the name and all card text plus stats clearly visible. Proxies should also be indistinguishable from regular cards from the back: the best way to do this is print out good quality proxies on paper then slide them into a sleeve in front of a regular L5R card.
Note that ONLY Forgotten Legacy cards may be proxied in this manner. If anyone needs any other cards, feel free to PM or email me and I'll try to hook you up.
Cheers Mark

Bump ahead of this weekend! L5R tournaments are fun, friendly affairs, and there is a long-standing tradition of showering new players with free cards. There should be at least a couple of guys coming up from Londonderry to play, so I'm hoping we'll see a decent turnout.
If anyone has any questions at all, please feel free to post them here or contact me via PM or email.
Cheers Mark

Good man! Sorry you won't be there, Will. Maybe we can get a game in on Thursday?
Should be at least four people traveling from Mass/Londonderry for the tournament too.

Results:
1st Mark Armitage (Forgotten Temple) 4-0 T-2nd Anthony Lawrence (Spider Fingers of Bone) 3-1 T-2nd Chris Medico (Mantis DGC) 3-1 T-4th Shelby Armitage (Phoenix CoT) 1-3 T-4th Geoff Prugh (Phoenix TST) 1-3 6th Patrick Kelly (Scorpion PoCS)
New OP promos were handed out to all, with $30 of store credit also being split by the top two. Chris conceded to Anthony rather than force a play-off game.
