I checked last night and couldn't find any specific prohibition against it stacking.

I thought spawn was what someone becomes when their application for daemonhood is rejected. Also, I can't believe a Chaos player is complaining that one of his units might be considered a Daemon. Constantly mutating flowing flesh does not equal some level of warp entity? Actually, I was pointing it out to show that the FAQ answerers probably did not remember Spawn - certainly no sane or insane chaos player has them in their army.

Im overall very happy with the FAQ. All of the answers seemed too be accurate and what I exspected. An added perk being Hammerhand stacking. I noted how it never said you couldent, but assumed they would fix that. But hell. Look out str 8 init 10, 4(5) attack Paladins! Finaly can see a reason too give Libbys the PM 3. The only exception for me was the Falcions thing. That one is just assinine IMO. But cant win them all.

Obliterators come from the obliterator virus created by the Iron Warriors. Please see "Storm of Iron" by Grahm Mcneil and 3.5 Chaos codex. They do have powers from the warp inside of them and would more than likely be subject to stupid anti daemon wonkery. As for spawns not being daemons they are more or less the same thing as an obliterator. It is one or more living beings contorted by the powers of chaos for either failing like a fool to aspire as a Chaos devotee or for being on the wrong end of a sorcerer who doesnt like you. I also think it is funny that despite all their anti daemon rules.. Daemonic weapons still kill them, several daemonic powered units are not considered daemons.

Having flipped through a bit I think that many names didn't make the deamon list simply because they count as psykers, and the preferred enemy rule effects daemons and psykers equily.

They have updated and added too the FAQ. Several things, but the one that stood out too me was that the warding staff does indeed work on all wounds taken while the model is in cc, not just cc attacks. Now I can see paying 35 for my Libby too have one.
