how does this sound guys. So we don't have the lag time on one side activating after everyone on the other sidfe has activated. Each memeber of the teams rolls initiative. Then Each team has a captain or w.e that rolls against the captain of the other team. The team that rolled the highest then has the person that had the h ighest initiative go first followed by the other teams highest initiative person and so on?

I think that would work. Would a 'Round' (for purposes of abilities) be finished everyone on your team has activated, or just your own activation?

Most likely yeah. Some of the defensive abilities probably would last until the next turn.

People should bring some extra models, in case someone needs to run two casters and 50 points to balance.

I will have a little over 100 with me. So if we have to do cygnar take on the rest(since albie has a ton of cygnar too) we cann.

Next time, I think we should do coordinated teams in advance. Maybe even do one single faction versus one other faction.
